*ingredients :
°4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
°1 c chicken broth
°2 cloves of garlic, 2 pcs of onions
°4 cups of spiced stuffing mix
°1 butter cube (1/2 cup)
°A box of cream of chicken soup
°1 pint sour cream
°8 oz frozen broccoli florets. melting
*Directions:
Place the chicken breasts, broth, garlic, and onion in a skillet and bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to, cover, and simmer to no longer pink -- about 15-20 minutes.
Removing chicken, mince with a fork, & set apart. Reserve the broth. Melt the butter and pour over the filling mixture in a bowl, beating with a fork until blended.
Spread half of the filling/butter mixture into a large saucepan or 9" x 13" glass skillet. Mixing soup, sour cream, also reserved broth with a wire whisk.
Placing shredded chicken over the layer of filling mixture. If you are use broccoli, spreading it on the chicken. Pour soup mix over chicken, then top the chicken with the rest stuffing mixture.
Baking for 30 mn at 350 degrees.
