Texas Sheet Cake



*ingredients:

°1 cup of butter
°1 cup of water
° 5 tablespoons of raw cocoa
° 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
°1/2 cup of milk
°2 eggs
° 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 2 cups of flour
°2 cups of sugar
°1/4 teaspoon salt

+Chocolate sauce ingredients:

°3/4 cup of butter
° 6 tablespoons of raw cocoa
° 5 tablespoons of milk
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
°4 cups of soft sugar
°1/2 cup coarsely ground walnuts
°1/2 cup pecans


*How to prepare a Texas cake:

Start preparing the cake mix and put the butter, cocoa, coffee and water on the fire and leave it until it mixes.
Add eggs, baking soda, and vanilla to the yogurt.
Put the flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl and mix them, then add the cocoa mixture and my heart quickly until the mixture is homogeneous.
Finally, add the egg mixture and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a tray greased with oil and put it in the oven, then remove it from the oven and leave it aside.
Prepare the sauce and put the butter, milk, cocoa and vanilla on the stove and leave it until it melts.
Start by adding the sugar gradually, and stir until the sauce thickens, then add the walnuts.
Garnish the cake with nuts, let it cool, then serve
