*ingredients:
°2 lbs minced meat
°2 minced garlic cloves
°Half a teaspoon of onion powder
°1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
°8 eggs
°1 cup heavy whipping cream
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°Half a t of black pepper
°1 package (12 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
* Methods :
Step1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Step 2: Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Cooking and stirring beef with garlic & onion powder to brown and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and get rid of the fat.
Step3: Spread the beef in the bottom of a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Add bacon pieces.
Step 4: Whisking eggs, heavy cream, salt & pepper in bowl until well mixed. stir in 8 oz cheddar cheese.
Step5: Pour the egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Add remaining 4 ounces of cheese.
Step6: Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
