Jean’s Cream Puff Cake


*You will need:

°1 unsalted butter stick.

°1 cup water.

°1 cup of flour.

°4 large eggs.

°4 cups of milk.

°8 ounces of soft cream cheese.

°3 (3.5 oz) packs of instant vanilla pudding.

°1 bowl of cold whip

°hocolate syrup.


*How to:

Heat the butter and water in a large heavy saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.

Mix the flour and reduce the heat to low. Cook, stirring constantly, until it forms a ball and pulls away from the pan.

Place the dough in a large bowl and beat in the eggs one by one until well combined.

Spread the mixture in an unsaturated pan 9 × 13 and bake in a preheated oven to 400 degrees for 35 minutes, then cool.

Combine the cream cheese and milk in a large bowl until smooth and whisk in the pudding mix until thick.

Spread the cream over the cooled crust and top with a cold whip and chocolate syrup.

Put it in the fridge until the time of serving and enjoy!
