Lasagne soup



*Ingredients:

°1 pound minced beef
°1 small onion cut into cubes
°1 green pepper sliced into cubes
°3 garlic cloves, chopped
°1 teaspoon ground thyme
°2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
°1⁄2 teaspoon salt
°1 tbsp brown sugar
°32 ounce box of chicken broth
°2 (14.5 oz) tins of small tomato cubes
°15 ounce box of tomato sauce
°2 cups broken lasagne noodles
°1⁄2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
°2 cups grated mozzarella

*Methods:

Brown mince and crumble it in a large saucepan with onion, pepper bell and other ingredients.
Stir garlic after cooking to ensure it is not burned.
The mince mixture should be discharged from any excess grease. Put the mince back in the pot.

Add thyme, Italian spices, salt brown sugar and chicken stock. Dice tomatoes. Tomato sauce. Mix well and boil.
Reduce heat & covering pot. Let it mature gently for 20 minutes.

Add the lasagne noodles in 20 minutes. Move. Move. Let the pasta ripen for 10 minutes. Flip from time to time.
Finally, add Parmesan cheese.
Serve the soup in bowls. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
