*ingredients
 

°2 lbs ground beef 
°29 ounces of canned tomato sauce
° 29 ounces canned kidney beans, undrained
° 29 oz canned pinto beans, undrained
°28 ounces canned chopped tomatoes (undrained)
°1 yellow onion, cut into cubes
°1 jalapeno cubes, seeded and seeded
°2 stalks celery, chopped
°1 chopped green capsicum
°1 tablespoon of ground cumin
°A quarter cup of chili powder
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°2 teaspoons of salt
°1 cup of water
°1 tablespoon of butter

*directions

In a heavy bottomed saucepan brown the ground beef.
Strain the fat.
Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the butter) and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and cook, uncovered (please keep at a simmer), for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add the butter and stir until completely melted and incorporated.
