Four chicken breasts, skin and bones should be removed.

* To steam broccoli, finely chop the broccoli florets and mix with about 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe bowl.
*I then cut each chicken breast into horizontal strips with a sharp knife to make a pocket, then trimmed about 1/2 inch from the edges and sides.
