+Crust
°22 crushed golden oreo pieces
°5 tsp of melted butter
+filling
°Four 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
°1 2 / three cups of sugar
°1/4 cup cornstarch
°1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
°2 giant eggs
°3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
°A jar smokers with a layer strawberry ice cream
°topping
°12 golden Oreos, mashed up, divided into 2 bowls (one for regular Oreo shell and one for strawberry bowl)
°1 half teaspoon of soft butter
°Three tablespoons of a small packet of strawberry gelatin
* Methods
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line outside of the pan with aluminum foil also apply butter generously to inside to prevent sticking.
Peel - crush Oreos and incorporate butter, pressing into underside of springform pan.
Filling - Place 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, 1/3 cup of the sugar, and cornstarch in a large bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer over low heat until creamy, about three minutes, then fold into the remaining three packages of cream cheese. Increase the mixer's pace to overdrive and beat in the remaining 1 1/3 cups of the sugar, then whisk in the vanilla.
Mix in the eggs, one at a time, beating the batter vigorously after each.
Mix in heavy cream.
At this level, mix the filling just until completely blended.
Spoon half of the cheese filling over the finished dough. Spoon chop up half of the jar of strawberry topping here and there. Drag the butter knife across the strawberries to coat the cheese/berries. Place a spoonful in the different half of the mixture and repeat the strawberry cycle on top. Bake for 1 hour or until there is a slight shiver when gently shaken.
Crumb Layer - In a small bowl or meal processor, add Oreo cookies and mix into giant crumbs. Add the softened butter and mix gently with a fork or your fingers until a pea-sized stick sticks together. Put 2 tsp of the mixture into a bowl and set it aside. Pour the strawberry jelly powder over the remaining crumbs and continue to pinch the items together. Add more softened butter if you want to mix it up so the cake stays put
