*ingredients:
° 300 grams (2 cups) flour
° 1 egg
45 g sugar (1/4 cup)
° salt
° 7 grams of dry yeast
140ml (3/5 cup) hot milk
40g (1/4 cup) soft butter
+ for decoration:
° whipped cream
° strawberry cut
° sweetheart sugar
*Methods:
In a bowl, combine sugar, yeast, and milk, and stir until dissolved.
Beat the eggs. Add flour and salt and start kneading the dough with a spoon. Then keep kneading with your palms until you get an elastic dough.
Add the softened butter and continue kneading until the butter is properly blended into the dough.
Form a ball with the dough, patty with a tea towel or plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into eight elements and roll each into a ball. Cover and pass for 30 minutes.
Flatten each ball slightly and roll it straight back into a ball. Cover and leave to rest every other 30 minutes.
Fry the balls in warm oil over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Barely cool and cut into 1/2 lengths, like a burger bun.
Top with half of the whipped cream and chopped strawberries, close to 1/2 substitute, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
Enjoy!
