Scampis with Cajun shrimp



*ingredients

12 ° raw shrimp
1 part pasta (preferably linguine)
2- Chop the garlic cloves
° 2 c. ghee
° 1/2 c. Heavy cream
° grated Parmesan cheese
° 1/8 t. basil
° salt and pepper to taste
° fine (thick)
° Cajun seasoning
° 1/4 c. parsley
° white wine (not shown)
° olive oil (not shown)

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter, olive oil and white wine and bring to a boil.
Add garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
Added shrimp.
Then season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, and be generous, too!
When the prawns turn pink on one side, flip and cook also for another minute and then remove from the pan and let the liquid drain.
Add the heavy cream, basil, parsley, and salt and pepper as well.
Bring to a boil, whisk and sprinkle with flour to thicken the sauce.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the shrimp again.
Shrimp heart with sauce and feet on pasta. Garnished with parmesan cheese
