# Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones

°1 lb. peaches
°2 cups heavy whipping cream
°1/4 cup of sugar
°14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
°2 teaspoons of vanilla
°1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
°3 graham crackers
°Cones of your choice

Step 1
Peel the peach, cut into slices and chop into small pieces. In a smaller bowl, add the chopped peaches, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, until peaches are softened. Once cooked, put it in the fridge to chill. In a medium bowl, add the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir the two together until combined. sit aside.

Step 2
In a large bowl, add the whipped cream. Using a hand mixer, mix the cream on medium-high speed until it turns into a thick whipped cream. Once the whipped cream is made, transfer the whipped cream to a bowl with the milk/vanilla mixture. Slowly add whipped cream until blended. In a rectangular baking dish, add a layer of vanilla whipped cream. Next add 1/3 of the crumbled graham crackers and a peach. Repeating process 2 more times. Once the ice cream is layered, place it in the freezer for 4-5 hours to set. After setting up, submit it.
