Grilled chicken thighs


*Ingredients:

°4 onions, peeled and cut into quarters

°60 ml (half a cup) olive oil

°4 chicken thighs covered with skin

°8 unpeeled garlic cloves

°45ml (3 tablespoons) chopped coriander

°1 lemon, for the juice

° 10 ml (2 teaspoons) black pepper, cracked

° 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey


*To prepare:

Placing grill at focal point of the broiler. Preheat broiler to 200°C (400°F).
In a skillet on medium intensity, caramelize onions in 30ml (2 teaspoons) of oil.


In  baking dish, place chicken thighs with onion and other fixings except honey. salt. Grease the thighs with honey.


Heat for 1 hour or until the chicken tissues have effectively separated from the bone and the thighs, treated with the skillet, are compressed partway through cooking. Serve it with pineapple-pepper ketchup (see recipe) and green vegetables, such as shredded spinach.
