*ingredients :
°2 slices of bread (white, wheat, sourdough or any other kind you prefer)
°2-3 slices of cheese (cheddar, swiss, gouda, etc.)
°1-2 tablespoons of butter
*Methods :
Heat non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
Place a slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
Place the cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
Place the second slice of bread, greased with butter, on top of the cheese.
Cook until bottom slice of bread is golden brown and cheese starts to melt, about 3-5 minutes.
Carefully flip the sandwich with a spatula.
Cook until second slice of bread is golden brown and cheese has melted completely, 3-5 minutes more.
We remove it from the pan and let it cool for a minute or two.
Cut in half, if desired, and serve hot.
