Chicken noodle soup!



*Ingredients

°About 2 pounds of chicken breast
°48 ounces chicken broth, then I added a little water
°Cut the carrots
°Celery cup
°Cut half a red onion
°1 tablespoon chopped garlic
°A few handfuls of egg noodles
°3 cubes chicken broth
°Salt and pepper to taste (I’m heavy with pepper)
°fresh parsley


*Instructions:

I’ve seen discussions here about cooking the meat before you put it in the slow cooker. I don’t, I did it this time to give a whirl. I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, then cut on both sides.
I’m through everything in the slow cooker except the pasta and parsley. I cooked over low heat for about 8 hours. In 7.5 hours, I shredded the chicken, I shredded it, I put it in the noodles, and when the noodles were almost finished, I put the parsley.
