*ingredients
°2 pounds of strawberries
°2 graham crackers
°1 packet of cream cheese
° 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
°2 pack (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake flavored pudding
°3 cups of milk
°1 (12 oz) cold whisk carton, divided
*Methods :
Clean the strawberries and cut them 1/4 inch thick; Sit sideways. You need to do this first because the cream cheese mixture will begin to thicken quickly once mixed.
Cover bottom of 3-quart, 13x9-inch baking dish with graham crackers; Sit apart. Mine was 6 whole crackers, then I had to break off the 7th piece to fill in the rest.
Combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl also beat with an electric mixer to smooth and creamy. Add pudding mix and milk and continue to mix on low for about 4-5 min or until mixture begins to thicken. Stir in 2 tbsp cold whisk to smooth.
Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers. Arrange a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture. Place another layer of graham crackers over strawberries, then top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Pour the cream cheese, mixing with the strawberries of the other layer. Covering & refrigerate for 6 to 8 h.
When you're ready to serve, if the strawberries pick up a bit of moisture after sitting in the refrigerator all day, soak them with a clean paper towel before tossing them with graham cracker crumbs and a whisk cold, then cover with the remaining cold whisk. . Crush graham crackers and sprinkle crumbs over a cold whisk.
Enjoy !
