*Ingredients
°Boiled and mashed potatoes
°2 garlic cloves, finely minced
°egg yolk
°Hard-boiled eggs
°Salt and black pepper
°frying oil
°Breadcrumbs
°Chopped parsley
* Methods :
Mix all ingredients together well.
The discs are formed and then stuffed with a piece of hard-boiled egg and closed.
It is dipped in a beaten egg, in a rusk, left in the freezer for an hour, and then fried in oil.
Removed on kitchen paper towels, and served hot.
