*Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Nuts*


*ingredients:


° 1 pound of lean ground beef
° 1 yellow onion, cut into cubes
° 1 chopped green pepper
° half a teaspoon of salt
° 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
° 1 cup beef broth
° ½ cup A-1 steak sauce
° 1 teaspoon of steak seasoning
° Provolone cheese slices
° Hamburger buns, sliders, etc..

*directions:

In skillet, on heat, cook and crumble ground beef, onion, green pepper, & salt until beef is no longer pink. sink.
Stir the cornstarch into the ground beef and mix until the meat is coated in the cornstarch. Add beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Stirring & bring to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. The mixture should thicken and will thicken once it comes off the heat.
While the meat is boiling, set the oven to broil, and place the buns on the cookie sheet. Butter each bread. Grill it for just a few minutes. Watch carefully as it can burn easily.
When the meat is cooked through, use a slotted spoon to scoop it out into each bottom bun. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the cake. Grill for a few more minutes until the cheese melts.
Place the top bread with cheese on the bottom of the bread with Philly Cheese Steak. Eat warm!
