+Crust:
°1 box dry yellow cake mix - not ready
°8 tablespoons of melted butter
°1 egg
+layer:
°8 oz. Soft cream cheese
°2 beaten eggs
°16 oz. soft sugar
*Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In bowl, combine cake mix, melt butter, and eggs. Mixing until smooth also well mixed.
Pat and press dough evenly over bottom of a greased 9" x 13" baking pan. sit aside.
In a separate large bowl, whisk the cream cheese and blend. Add the eggs and beat until smooth, 1 or 2 minutes. Add the powdered sugar and continue to whisk until well blended.
Pour over crust and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until set. Don't over-bake.
When done, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing.
