**Cake ingredients:
°2 c all-purpose flour
°2 c granulated sugar
°3/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
°2 tsp baking powder
°1 1/2 tsp of baking soda
°1 tsp of salt
°1 c of milk
°1/2 c vegetable oil
°2 eggs
°2 tsp of vanilla extract
°1 c hot water
°1 cup unsalted butter, softened
°3 1/2 c of powdered sugar
°1/2 c of unsweetened cocoa powder
°1/2 c of milk
°2 tsp of vanilla extract
°a pinch of salt
* Methods :
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Greased two 9-inch round bowls with flour.
In mixing bowl, whisking the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In separate mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Adding wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined
Gradually adding hot water to mix and mix until well combined
Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared cake pans.
Baking for 35 minutes
We taking cake out of the oven and let it cool in the pans for 10 minutes.
Removing cakes from pans and leave to cool completely on wire racks.
To prepare frosting, beat the soft butter with an electric mixer until creamy.
Gradually adding powder sugar, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla extract, also salt to butter, beating until well mixed also smooth.
Freezing cake once it is completely cold.
