*ingredients:
° 300 gr. All-purpose flour.
° 70 gr. of default.
° 1 glass. of milk.
° 1 sp large. of white sugar.
° 1 sp large. of baking powder.
° 1 small x. of salt.
*Methods:
I started by setting the oven to 425°F = 220°C to preheat it.
The second step:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and the tablespoon of salt and sugar.
Step 3:
I cut the shortening until it looked like a coarse meal in the mixture.
The fourth step:
Then I added the milk and stirred the mixture until it started to pull away from the edge of the bowl.
Fifth step:
Turn and knead 15 to 20 times on a floured board.
Sixth step:
Pat or cut the dough into 1 inch.
Seventh step:
Then I used a wide cookie cutter or a juice cup dipped in flour and removed the cookies.
Eighth step:
I repeated until I used all the dough, then removed the excess flour and placed it on an ungreased baking sheet with the biscuits.
Step 9:
I baked in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, once the edges started to take color I removed them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
